In Configure CRM, there is the option to enable Incident Email Delivery; however, users won't always want to email every category of Incident. Why not honor the Incident Category specification? If an Incident Category has a NULL EDI Profile, then don't send an email for Incidents created using this category.
Issue tested in 3.3.0Beta3: Found fixed. Incident emails have been categorized by category setting options in configuration of CRM module.
issue #8746: Allow the ability to flag incidents for email, without having selected a default profile. If this is the case, then only categories that have a profile selected will get email.
