Add rich text editing for incidents in support portal


Description

The editing capabilities for incidents in the support portal are very rudimentary. For example, to insert hyperlinks, tags must be manually inserted. Suggest adding FCKEditor (or similar) plugin to make the writing/editing experience for users entering incidents more effortless and GUI.

If you insert a URL in the comment field, it will be rendered as a clickable link when you save.

I''ll take a look at doing this. My concern was that formatting from the web page might blow up the comments in xTuple. We''ll have to test this.
