Creating New CRM Account, default is "Inactive"


Description

When creating a new CRM Account, the "Active" checkbox is not checked. As soon as you save it, it is inactive. The default used to be to have the box checked upon creating a new one.

change window crmaccount and set crmacct_active to true when inserting temporary account in new mode
