covers xtuple connect ExisXto
I am from Holland and new in XTuple.
I am compairing Xtuple with our existing applications for a future dissision.
How can I compare the functionality from Xtuple commect versus Existo.
We use to work with goldmine and love the email sychronisation. bud miss the connection to our existing ERP system.
Can you advice.

Welcome to the xTuple community! xTuple Connect performs a number of functions, including providing a live, synchronized copy of your designated IMAP folders (any IMAP email server) in xTuple ERP, and making that history available at multiple places inside the ERP, including Customers, Vendors, Orders, and much more. Connect also provides an integration platform between xTuple and any other outside system you might have, and can automate data interchange in multiple formats (e.g. XML, CSV) and protocols (FTP, HTTP, etc.)
ExisXto is a utility that works only with MS Outlook on Windows, and syncs various CRM information with xTuple such as Contacts, To-Do's, etc. ExisXto is provided by a third-party company, www.exisone.com.
