Published hardware requirements/recommendations for xtuple

Are there any published hardware requirements or recommendations for xtuple ERP? A client is asking me about this, and I couldn't seem to find any.

Problems to input exchange rates.

Desperately need help....,
I'm install xtuple ERP 3.7.0 Client with 8.3 PostgresSQL and quickstart (i have the free version) on PC with windows 7...have everything set up, but when I attempt to input exchange rate, I could not input any decimal number for exchange rates.
If I input 0.75 for rates between USD ( as base currency ) to Euro and when I click save button, exchange rates save/shown become 750.00!
And if I try to input price to item source ( purchase - item source - price ) for example $ 100.00 after I click save button, the price will be shown as $ 100.000.000.0000!
Please help me to solve this problems..
