xTuple with vSphere 4

I would like to know if anyone is currently running xTuple on a virtual server using VMWare.
We are thinking about moving to the virtual server environment using VMware.

We do run our lab environment

We do run our lab environment in an Ubuntu 10.04 VM. We're using vSphere 4.1 Free edition.

By the end of this year, our production environment will be transfered from a Win2k3 x64 physical machine to an Ubuntu VM running on vSphere Essential + 4.1.
