ECPG.EXE reported to be infected
I am new to xTuple and downloaded the free version to evaluate. While installing my AntiVirus reported ecpg.exe is infected with Trojan horse Generic 18.ZYM. I had to uninstall my antivirus in order to get this installed. When I reinstalled my antivirus it still reports the same file is infected and keeps reporting it every few hours even if I am not using the computer. I am using AVG Free antivirus 9.x. I know some people will just report back to get a better antivirus, if they want to pay for it for me then I will be glad to purchase something better. I am a struggling programmer looking for a better revenue stream and this is why I am evaluating this product.
Thanks in advance for your help!

As of this morning I have uploaded a modified 3.5.1 version of the windows installer that should not cause antivirus reports. Please give this new installer a try.
cryan,
That worked great! Thanks for your prompt attention to this request!
Thanks,

Jim,
We recently received the same report from a different user. It is our belief that the file in question is not infected and that a small percentage of virus checkers recently started to give false positives on that file. We, however, are in the process of trying to update the installer to use a newer version of the ecpg.exe file that does not cause this problem. Hopefully it will not be very long before that is ready. You may wait for us to release the updated installer or you could upgrade the version of postgres that is installed to a newer version, 8.3.11 or one of the 8.4.x, of PostgreSQL.
