Using QuickStart Wizard

Recently purchased the QuickStart Wizard. As I work through the QuickStart Wizard, I have run into a wall; At the Products & Inventory Tab, Item #3, I am unable to create new items. The system keeps rejecting as it indicates that I need to set List Price UOM. UOM's are created as the first step for Item #3. So I am *not* sure where to go to add the List Price UOM. I have checked all the Menu items...
If further information is needed to help diagnose, the issue, please let me know.
