How to enable Work Centers and Bill of Operations

I don't have the [Operations] button on my items, or work centers?

How I can enable that functionality on my OpenMFG.

Hello I have the manufacturing edition and I disabled the BOOs. Now I was trying to enable them again but I don´t remember how to do it. Could anybody help me?
