I have imported all my invoices and payments into the system. I can view G/L transactions too however, when I right click on a transaction and select view GL/Series it does not have any amount. my trial balance and financial statements both have the right values.
Just a thought did you expand the series. There is a little arrow pointing at the transaction that should show the details. Also if that is not the problem you may need to right click on the column headings to verify the debit and credit fields are checked off.
Those are the 2 easy reasons i could think of for the values to not be shown.
Who knows you may have a much more complicated problem.
