Hello,

Downloaded the lates version and I cannot get the .run file to run.

I have CentOS64 bit and SeLinus is disabled.

All software updates applied.

su or sudo does not help.

I could not find anything on the forums to help.

Thanks

This is because xTuple is

This is because xTuple is 32-bit and you are 64-bit.

See if this helps: http://www.xtuple.org/xTuple-3.3.0-Fedora-11-x86_64-How-To

Others have got around this by installing a 32-bit Virtual Machine and running xTuple in the VM.

RE: [Initial Setup]: Re: xTuple-4.0.1-linux-installer.run on CentOS 6.3 64-bit cannot execute binary file even after chmod +x

All,

I managed to get the right files installed to allow an x32 to run on x64 and now I up against the Prostgresql error: Cannot find file to unpack postgresql-9.1.2-1-linux-x64.run
I googled it and found a thread on your site: www.xtuple.org/node/4789
I will try to muddle through the steps here to get PostgreSQL installed and then run again.
Thanks
