Quickstart Wizard questions

Hello

I've downloaded and installed the Postbooks edition to evaluate if XTuple is right for my business.  I have also purchased the Quickstart wizard, and have downloaded the updater utility.

Here is my question:  Do I need to use the quickstart database?  The instructions don't really say.  I was under the impression that the Quickstart Wizard created a database - now I'm seeing that it updates a database.  So what do I use for a base database for the Quickstart Wizard to update?

Yes, use the Quickstart database

Hello windsystems.

You are correct: the Quickstart Wizard is an add-on package that you should install on a Quickstart database. It will usher you through the steps of setting up required information and configuring the system for your company.
